A 17th Century Silk Needlework. Embroidered with a Lady (most likely Eve) in a garden of fruit trees, eating an apple. Surrounded by insects, birds, a squirrel , monkey , deer and a sheep. Stumpwork tree trunks and branches. Mounted in an 18th century frame behind an antique glass cover. Antique condition with appropriate signs
