ANTIQUE FROM the 1920’s CHINESE EMBROIDERED SILK BANNER, 195.6 cm LONG! Offered for sale is a vintage from the 1920’s Chinese dark navy silk banner embroidered in multicolored silk and golden metallic threads. Executed using satin stitches; the boys figures couched with golden metallic threads. The embroidery features playing boys surrounded with bunch of flying butterflies and some flowers. Lined with a salmon color cotton lining. The banner measures 77″ (195.6 cm) long x 14″ (approx 35.6 cm) wide. Condition: good antique condition with no visible damages or imperfections aside some very light general staining and insignificant water stains to the salmon lining- nothing significant.
