A very fine antique circular embellishment with a central scene of peach clusters (long life/immortality), accompanied by a Ruyi scepter (wealth and power) and surrounded by lotus blossoms (the beauty of purity) and butterflies. The colors are vibrant and the thematic symbols against the black silk background are arresting. Embroidery is 9.5 in diameter. This item is from my grandmothers estate.
